Also, the cost of having a preventive maintenance program is inexpensive, the cost of not having one would definitely increase the downtime and repair expenses in the long run.
The preventive maintenance program is designed to ensure that your equipment is inspected and adjusted on a regular basis to extend the reliable operating life of the equipment. Our goal is to prevent unnecessary equipment failures, ensure proper operation, and in return minimise your repair and operating costs. If any potential problems are observed, corrective action may be taken during the preventive maintenance visit with the approval of the customer.
The following steps are performed during a regularly scheduled preventive maintenance visit:
Impressed Current Cathodic System
- Power supply controller unit, electrically check and full load test
- Electrically check and test all the anodes and reference cell
- Physically inspect all shafts grounding device.
- Inspect all anode and reference cell physical condition
- Inspect and check all anode di-electric shields
- Submit the system report and recommendation
Marine Growth Prevention System
- Electrically simulate and load test the power supply controller unit.
- Functional tests the flow indicator switch.
- Physically inspect all the generating cells
- Submit the system report and recommendation
