JOB REQUIREMENT
- Data entry
- Print e-banking bank statement & monthly bank balance check
- Check of payable and receivable situation
- Establishment of invoices and payment check
- Quarterly closing and reporting to the Management
- Inter Company balance check and reporting to Group management
- Verification and/or establishment of the evidence of the activity (contract, invoices, mail, confirmations etc.)
- Preparation of financial statements and the yearly audit
- Liaise with external & internal auditor
- Establishment of budget, control and check list for the Company and the Group
- Reporting to the management and group management
- Establishment of financial statement for limited review by auditors
- Coordination duties with the other companies of the Group
- Team support for other duties assigned
- Ad Hoc duties as request by Management
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Qualification, minimum Diploma – Accounting
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Mature, attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and work independently as well as in a team
- Ability to work fast under pressure
- Proactive, take initiative and well organised
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office & MYOB if possible (MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
