EICS Technology Pte Ltd (“EICS”, “we” or “us”) takes the privacy of your information seriously. The protection of personal data that has been provided to us is an important and integral part of our business ethics. This Privacy Statement applies to the eics.co website (the “Website”) and governs data collection, processing and usage in compliance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (No. 26 of 2012) (“PDPA”).

Personal Data refers to data, whether true or not, about an individual who can be identified from that data and/or that data and other information to which EICS has or is likely to have access (includes names, NRIC, passport or other identification numbers, mailing addresses, email address, network data, telephone numbers, shareholding details, security holding, bank account details, date of birth and employment details and such other information regarding identities of individuals). We shall treat your Personal Data as confidential and will accord due level of care in accordance with our Privacy Statement, and consistent with the PDPA.

We function primarily as a Data Collector. We collect Personal Data for purposes relating to the products and services we offer or require, or in assessing the suitability for employment with us. In summary, EICS will not misuse and/or sell your details or usage data to any third party and will always look after your data in accordance with our privacy policy (provide upon request). We may from time to time update this Privacy Statement to ensure that this Privacy Statement is consistent with our future developments, industry trends and/or any changes in legal or regulatory requirements. You agree to be bound by the prevailing terms of the Privacy Statement as updated on our Website. When we make changes to this Privacy Statement, we will revise the date at the bottom of this page.

This Privacy Statement and your use of this Website shall be governed in all respects by the laws of Singapore.
